Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to lead (hands on) the improvement of the overall uptime of the machinery and reduce the mean time between breakdowns. The Maintenance Supervisor will review the Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Systems and improve to accomplish the stated objectives. The Manager is expected to be capable to diagnose systemic problems and CM, trouble shoot immediate problems, train & teach the existing Maintenace Technicians.

- Various Equipment such as KMS Assembly Units, etc.
Education/Experience/Training (minimum required):
- Must have extensive equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing operation of no less than 7 years of progressively responsible hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical experience on production machinery most of which has been in a die casting, machining, and /or comparable manufacturing environment. Die Casting Machine experience must include Buhler DCMs.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills; good organizational skills; good computer skills in developing reports using basic spreadsheets and graphs as well as word processing; good problem solving skills with experience in the use of analytical tools including the Deming Principles and other root cause analysis systems.
- Must have education required to ensure success.
