CNC Technician (3rd shift 10:30pm-6:30pm)
Impact of this role and key deliverables
- Trouble shooting/ problem solving
- Fixture changes ( will be trained)
- CNC set up
- Understanding of Tool offsets
- Blueprint reading
- Knowledge of cutting tools
- NC program comprehension
- Pre-setter experience
- CNC controls (e.g., Siemens, Fanuc, Mazatrol)
- Fully support and comply with all Bocar Group 5S and safety programs/initiatives.
- At least two years of relevant experience in a technician role in a manufacturing operation capacity.
- Coordination and organizing abilities required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with company employees, vendors, contractors, and all levels of management.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High school and Technical career desirable
